A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I'm so glad your gift was well received. Regarding the delivery, you may have seen at checkout that our Royal Mail service is not a guaranteed service. We say that there is a 95% chance that your order will be delivered on the day you select at checkout and a small chance it will be delivered the next working day which is what had happened with your order. “I was very disappointed with the dispatch and delivery of this item. I ordered on Sunday morning and selected a delivery date of Monday (ie. the next day). The biscuits were not delivered until Thursday and therefore missed the recipient’s birthday by three days.”

Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry that you were disappointed by our delivery service. Our next day delivery service only operates if you place your order Monday - Friday as our dispatch team is closed over the weekend so even if you placed your order over the weekend this wouldn't be dispatched until the Monday at the earliest. I do apologise for this confusion, we do try to make this clear at checkout when we allow our customers to select and confirm their preferred delivery date and this is then confirmed in your order confirmation email. “The birthday biscuits were a present so I never actually saw them. I have however received a Christmas tin And Halloween Tin. Both were beautiful to look at and taste, as were the tins they arrived in. Perfect, beautiful gifts for every occasion. Love them!!!”
