A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“Beautifully made and very happily received by my sister, who is under chemo treatment and being heartbreakingly stoic...as an ex army nursing officer, she always is, but this was like a bespoke gift. The detail wasn't quite the exquisite work in my Nutcracker Box, but still charming and very quick on delivery. I rang on the outside chance of a 'bee' biscuit in the box as her signature 'name' and your rep was very polite but couldn't accommodate; I think I assumed you were still a small, more family run concern as that is the very positive impression you give. Hope to have been useful.and many, many thanks, Anna”
