I didn't see it myself as I am working abroad, but my 94yr old mother was absolutely delighted! She thought she might get an e-card on Mother's Day, so when this arrived she was thrilled. She said that the biscuits were so pretty she almost couldn't bring herself to eat them. She also loved the tin, and said everything was very well packed - no broken biscuits. From now on I will be ordering from you whenever I need to send a gift!

I bought 2 tins of biscuits, and let me tell you the Ma in law is very judgemental and likes nothing!! Well she LOVED these as did my Mum and my partner that I also bought for at Valentines! Great great product, thank you.

My mother was delighted with the biscuits. The tin was beautiful and the biscuits themselves were decorated with great attention to detail. To top it all, the biscuits tasted delicious and were a lovely consistency. I would definitely recommend Biscuiteers to anyone looking for an alternative to flowers and chocolates to send for a special occasion. My only slight criticism would be that the outer packaging box has the name of the company all over it, so rather gives away the surprise of what might be inside. A plain box would be appreciated.

Love the biscuits with the traditional base. Disappointed these were a brown base. Not as tasty.

We do also have ginger flavoured Jolly Gingers and at Christmas we release All Spice flavoured biscuits to cater for everyone's individual taste and preferences. Biscuits ordered on 22 Feb, to be delivered on 10 March (in time for Mother's Day). They didn't arrive with my mum until 14 March, albeit that I chased up Biscuiteers on the 12th. Customer Service didn't reply to me until the 14th (perhaps busy dealing with a lot of unhappy customers?). They are blaming Royal Mail and offered to refund my delivery charge (which I'm sure won't cost them anything as Royal Mail should cover), plus a £5 credit note against a future order. I receive discount offers from Biscuiteers all the time - including a 15% off voucher for the Mother's Day gift I'd just bought, but around 3 days after I'd paid full price for it - so the £5 credit only matches the discount I'd have received if I'd waited to place the original order. I paid £33.99 for a dozen biscuits which didn't arrive in time for the event to which they related. I won't be doing this again!

I loved the idea of an alternative mother’s day gift but was a bit underwhelmed by this. The biscuits looked great but were very hard and the tin was disappointing- a cheap sticker stuck on wonky with a crease and an air bubble. I wouldn’t order again, sorry.
