“I have not received my order which is now 5 days overdue and no-one is answering the telephones.
£50 is steep for a small box of biscuits, however nice they are, so I was paying for the service, which is just not good enough.
If you can't get a special occasion gift to someone in time for a special occasion your product is just not for for purpose.”

“The Tin looked lovely and was beautifully packed. However the tin may not have been airtight and that may have accounted for the biscuits being less than crisp. There was also the very slightest suggestion of staleness about the top layer. The biscuits were beautiful and the icing tasty.
I hope you are not obliged to publish this review. I am sure you will sort it out and I do not want people to be put off your biscuits.”
