“I haven't received my product yet. I got notification that my order had been dispatched however royal mail in their infinite wisdom tried to deliver it to the wrong address in the wrong city!!! I received an email on Friday saying we tried to deliver your parcel but it appears that you weren't in...wrong royal mail I was in however in another city 200 miles north. It is now waiting for collection at royal mail sorting office....wait for...in Peckham. I have given one star purely based on that I haven't had the opportunity to try this product.”

“Order was processed and received promptly. Although an oil, it is not too heavy for my hair which is quite fine in structure. There is no offensive odour and so far it has made my hair feel soft and manageable. My only suggestion would for users to ensure that they use a head covering especially if they apply it at night; Otherwise, it will leave dark marks on the pillow. Great product overall.”
