“I received my relaxer today and was quite disappointed to see that, I had chosen regular relaxer, but they were alle super. So I went on your the website, and tried to reorder again and even though I had chosen, mild or regular, it was super which appeared in my skopping basket. I knew I had chosen regular from the start and couldn't have made such a mistake. I felt cheated. I can't use the relaxer, because there're too strong for my hair type. It's a waste and can just throw them away. I have always ordered from the UK and have never experienced, not receiving what I ordered. It confirm that, certain sites are not to be trusted anymore.
