“The fan itself is probably very good . It is silent. But I didn't have much chance to use it as a) the pull cord detached from the fan because it was attached to an internal hoop by a tiny knot. So it worked for the electrician 2 trial pulls but on the third attempt by myself the cord came off in my hand as the knot had pulled through the hoop. There was no picture on the instructions as to where internal was to be fixed. Quick thinking Technical support sent a photo of the attachment on one of their fans. Electrician came back and fixed with bigger knot. b) The timer malfunctioned. It had been set for 30 mins but was still running 3 hours later!! Had to put it off at consumer unit.”
I am sorry to hear of the issue with the pullcord but glad
to hear it was quickly resolved by a quick phone call to our technical team.
Disappointing that you now have a further issue with the timer.

“The first of these I bought had a faulty time switch. The company made so many petty admin
difficulties about returning it I gave up. To save time I had already ordered and paid for a new one, which works well, but I've still not received a refund for the first item. They need to retrain their customer services manager. I won't buy from them again.”
