“The unit looks nice and is relatively quiet.
The rubber grommet where the electric cables enter is not very secure at all and very fiddly to keep in place. I couldn't use it in the end as the grommet just wouldn't stay locked onto the frame of the opening. The plastic lids that cover the terminal blocks also kept falling off and just wouldn't stay clicked in place. Disappointed in the design overall.”
That is disappointing to hear! We have not come across this with the CALM range previously, therefore, it is possibly a one off.
