Poor functioning quality due to the shutter vent strips as it flaps loudly in the wind and constantly in strong gusts of wind. Keeps me awake through the night even with the doors closed in the house. Will be changing this type of vent to the fixed narrow slatted type.”
This style of grille is not recommended for installation on a part of the property where you will experience strong gust of wind for that specific reason.
I would suggest looking at the fixed blade grilles or wind baffle grille, this may work better for you.
The product is fine just not the correct item for the intended use.
