“Broke after 1 year, sent back for repair, they refunded the amount and told me to buy another one, by this time the cost of the item has doubled, appalling service and product, do not buy!!!”
Unfortunately we do not repair on site but a like for like replacement or refund are the two options when a return has been received.
If no option has been selected it would seem a refund will have been applied to complete the return process as efficiently as possible for our customer.
