“Really this is a 5* Star product - which brilliantly ticks all the environmental benefits and economic boxes I could wish to have. It does a great job of reducing moisture from the shower/bathroom, with great efficiency, silently, when settings are functioning correctly.
What unfortunately lets this product down is very poor written instructions/manual, which even after having had 3 of these iFans (I am a great fan of this product) I can still not make any sense out of what the instructions say. The App is just as inept as the instructions/manual. The fan is likely to make its own mind about what it wants to do regardless of what ever settings you put into the App or controls or remote control. I have handed over the instructions to several PhD / MSc Students to operate in flat and they all failed to make sense of the settings and controls.
If these could be revisited and improved to make some sense and work then this product is first class and 5*Stars in any book.”

We are also revisiting the user manual with our factory and we hope we can simplify this and make it more user friendly.
