This is highly irregular and not what we expect of this unit's performance.

In the short term, I would ask you to ensure you have the Vento V2 app downloaded and your home router is broadcasting in both 2.4ghz and 5ghz.
With these 2 steps in place, you should be able to connect to the Vento unit with ease.
