“We purchased the strong strap and wasn't sure if it would work. If properly installed this strap will keep out smaller animals. If you have bears like we do, then you may want to invest in at least 2 straps and cable ties which you can get off amazon. Once the bear knocks over the trash can, they can easily get in from the left or right sides of the can. The strap works great for the front lid. Hope this honest review helps.”

“Purchased my Strong Strap on rolloffjoe.com and could not be happier. It was really easy to install and did not even require any tools. The strap is (as the name implies) quite strong and it secures the lid quite tightly to the body of the container. If you experience any problems with Racoons and Bears, this is something you really want to buy.”
