“I am waiting on a replacement. the blind was completely defective. It wouldn't pull up straight. It wouldn't open at all. I will rate the new one if it ever arrives. I expect it will be fine - occasional accidents happen”

“Had to select economy blinds due to the small size of one window. I would have rather selected a higher grade of blinds but not available in 10" wide. Shipping was fast and product arrived in good condition.”
