“I had to call for parts that were left off of one of my blinds. I also had to procure screws suitable for use on my door, as the screws that were included were way too long. Other than that, service was good.”

“We bought our blinds several months ago but only recently go around to putting them up. Out of 7 blinds, 6 were perfect. The last one was slightly longer than the measurment of the windows and needed to be trimmed. It was frustrating to try to fit it in the space but once we figured out it just needed a slight trim, it was fine. Very happy with the look. Appreciated the free samples ahead of time so we can make the appropriate color choice that fits with the room.”
