“Blindster is so much better than the big box stores and here is why. They are made the exact size needed, and sent to my house. I can talk to a sales person immediately who knows the product. Samples are sent and arrive in about 2 days if I need to match color or textures. They always have all the sizes and colors in stock. I no longer have to shorten blinds! The quality is excellent and the prices unbeatable.”

“We bought this because our window is large and the cords on our mini blind kept fraying and breaking. Discovered the cordless blind and decided to give it a try. Had a little trouble adjusting the blind the way I want it at first because there is no wand. I have it down pretty well now,but still prefer a wand. It is a very nice blind and it goes up and down very well. We had a bit of trouble with installation because of our window not trouble with blind. It really is easy to install the instructions are clear and easy to follow.”

“My husband installed the blinds without a lot of trouble, and they look great. However, without a wand or cord, controlling how much the blinds are opened and closed is a huge pain. I have searched the website for instructions and found nothing. Maybe it's me. Also, the product description said they work better than the cheaper blind at keeping the room dark, but it's still pretty light in the morning.”

I'm sorry you are having a problem with your shades. I will call you to get it resolved. The Cordless Aluminum Blinds have normal route holes. The Privacy Aluminum Blinds are the blinds that reduce light.

“The blinds are lovely, but getting the slats to behave is quite a mystery. In order to get them to close tight, they will not go all the way down, so there is a gap at the bottom where you can see in. I'm kind of not happy. The design is nifty but it does not work, unfortunately.”
