“I ordered 2 sets of blinds but only 1 came. I waited for the other set to arrive for 2 weeks and had to call Blindster to get it corrected. It was corrected immediately and a new set came in the mail within 2 weeks.”

“Not just saying that, we have them in 2 rooms and they are very easy to install and work great. We have the cordless kind. Beautiful!! Also customer service is A+. Had a 54" cordless blind that really wasn't working like the other 3 smaller ones we bought. Wrote about it, thinking maybe a ajustment or something that I could do. no, they sent out a new blind, no cost, no questions. Very impressive! I will be buying blinds from here again.The only negitive thing is the limited color for the style of blinds(cordless)we have, but the quality and everything else makes up for this.”

“I just installed 19 cordless, inside mount miniblinds purchased from Blindster.com. Their mounting system is the easiest I've encountered among other manufacturers and I've put up a bunch of 'em. I even had to take advantage of their fit or free guarantee on the first blind I ordered because I measured incorrectly (I was much more careful measuring the remaining 18). My only criticism is the hex head screws included with the brackets will not accommodate the use of a hex driver. Initially I ran the screws part way down with a drill and then used a flat blade screwdriver to seat them fully. Then I just substituted some phillips head #8 screws and tossed the hex head screws into my collection.”

“I bought these blinds because they were on sale and they're all custom made to size. These were the easiest blinds are to install. 9 blinds took about an hour 4 screws each on snap in clips. Done! One touch work quite well, this is the 1st time I used them. I highly recommend...”

“The end of three of the five boxes were open so the blinds slid out as I picked them up. As a result, one of the brackets arrived crushed in the box. Install instructions were very poor. Have had trouble with blind with only two brackets falling down. Blinds are very good quality, not flimsy like some. They didn't give a rating for packaging, but would give a low mark for sealing boxes and resulting damages.”

I'm sorry you had a problem with your order. Unfortunately, ship damage is one of our biggest challenges. Blinds are large and awkwardly shaped (long and skinny), not a good combination for shipping. I will contact you to get replacements for everything that is damaged.
