“The blinds took much longer than promised to arrive. They were bent and the plastic end caps were all broken except for two (that's on 5 sets of blinds). Because I needed to get blinds up ASAP, I had no choice, but to unbend the edges and piece the broken end caps together. I will never do business with this company again.”

I'm very sorry that your order was delayed. I am checking with the factory to see what happened. I will have someone contact you right away to get you new blinds. This is not by any means usual or acceptable.

I'm sorry there was a delay in this order. Your order is scheduled to delivery on Saturday 10/3. I do show that there was a backorder on this material. We notified you via email on 9/2 that there would be a delay and that production on your shade would start on 9/25 (it did start on time). Our records indicate that you responded saying that you could wait. I apologize for any miss-communication. Thank you for your patience.

“It isn't rocket science to measure for blinds. That said this was a much better experience than I once had with a local crook who custom made blinds too narrow then blamed me. Since then my purchases were standard sizes from the local building center. They were fine for years but I "cased" my windows so standard widths are all wrong. I heard about Blindster and at first thought them pricey but the special offer discount brought them in line with those from the building center. Also these would be "sized" by people who do this every day instead of the new kid at building center. I chose cordless blinds and find that option well worth the little extra cost. Installation was easy. I measured 2" from each side and with the plastic mount against the window I used my cordless screwdriver as the instructions suggested. I like the mounting brackets too because the blinds snap in and out with no hard to operate lever to lock them in place. The final result was what we all want. They look good.”

“I first looked at Next Day blinds and they were triple the price for the same thing. Next Day Blind is just the name it was a 5-day turnaround. These were very easy to install two screws for each bracket and it snaps in, Done! Linda at Blindster is great!!!”
