I made a mistake and ordered inside brackets instead of outside brackets. This was quickly remedied at no additional cost and the installtion went forward without a hitch.

Only been installed for a few short weeks, but so far, so good. Like the blackout option; works well, Like the cordless option, but not fond of the lift tabs. Installation was easy. Fit windows well as measured. Longer than anticipated wait time though. Like the color/that we were able to order samples

I had two separate orders. The first arrived and three out of four items were correct but the fourth was a totally different material. I was asked to send a foto of the problem which I did. I called two days later inquiring about my order and was told they didn't have the foto. (I returned it to the same address from which the request was sent} I sent another foto which was received. In all it took a month from the original order to a resolution. The second part of my order was packed inadequately and was damaged in transit. It was also missing a crucial piece. A foto was requested and sent. A couple of weeks later the missing piece and one damaged piece were received. One damaged piece was not sent and two unwanted pieces were also included. I glued the broken end cap back together as I didn't want to go through the hassle anymore. Good product but customer service needs work. Hello, management.

these blinds were exactly what we were looking for to cover a sliding glass door in our bedroom. we did not want obtrusive vertical blinds or curtains, these give a clean look while providing the privacy we also would like to have on occassion.

Absolutely love the blinds and ease of installation if they would have SENT the right brackets for installation. Wrong size brackets and wrong clip for the bottom. They did send out correct brackets now after i installed the wrong ones and kind of wrecked my wood so wasn't happy about that but overall love the blinds.

I mistakenly thought it would use a track on the sides and bottom to better seal and stop light. It has made my bedroom much darker. Now that I've installed it I think I should have gotten one that goes across the entire window, especially to reduce the light at the bottom.
