“Got blackout curtains for our bedroom. Ordered them wrong (opposite length and width) entirely of my own stupidity and they replaced them for $15. How that we have the correct ones up, they're perfect! Ordered another set of blinds for the living room and they're great, as well. Definitely would order again”

“Still waiting on correct brackets. Two phone calls and one online via website customer service interaction an still the blinds sit on my work bench. I got the blinds in about 20 days from ordering. And am waiting 3 weeks for "inside" brackets. While customer service says brackets are universal. I will gladly give more stars once the Shade is hanging inside my window”
