“I ordered 6 shades. 5 were just fine. But on one, the handles that are used to raise and lower the shades don't fit correctly and come off each time it is adjusted. Ordered new handles, but result was the same”

“Love the shades. Disappointed with the order and shipping process. After 5 business day contacted you and was told the order had been filled and was being shipped the next day. After 2 more days the a shipping confirmation had not been received and called back. This time I was told they were still in production and would ship soon. Too a total of 10 business day to ship out. I don't appreciate the fact I was lied to. Good quality product but the production time and lies may force me to rethink business with blindster.”
