I bought 4 narrow (28") but long (84") blinds for full glass french doors. I didn't want to deal with a cord on the doors. The blinds give me the shade I need but don't fully retract (12") when raised. So be aware of this fact.

I'm sorry that you are having problems with your cordless shades. The cordless cellular shades are designed to be self-correcting. To reset your cordless shades: Lower the shade down to its full height. Firmly hold the bottomrail with both hands and pull it towards you (away from the back of the window at an angle). Quickly and firmly pull down (popping) on the bottomrail 3 or 4 times. Raise and lower the shade, repeat as necessary. These steps should reset the cordless motors in the headrail so that the shade will raise and lower properly. If these steps do not work, please let us know and we will remake or repair the shades as needed. I will call you directly to help you reset the shades.

These shades look great and installed easily and my only complaint is you have to work them up. They don't just slide up easily. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on them as I used them in a sleeping cottage that doesn't get used much. So for that reason they are fine and look great.

I purchased these cellular blinds to deflect the heat and cold, which works well, BUT the larger blind needs to be pulled up regularly or it does not want to go up, issue I had with my old one too. otherwise they are excellent for my needs.

I ordered the Cocoa Leche colored blinds for all windows in my home and I couldn;'t be happier with the quality, pricing and ease of installation. These blinds have added so much appeal and sophistication to my home.....I absolutely LOVE them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for blinds.

I just wanted to say I am SO happy with Blindster.com. I almost died at Home Depot when they told me my cellular blinds for only 1 bay window, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath would be a whopping $1500 (not including install!). My contractor told me to look online. I got the SAME blinds from your website for a grand total of $449.49. Your website saved me nearly $1,000 and I now have the extra money to refinish my hardwood floors! Oh, and the blinds look beautiful! Thank you thank you thank you!
