“We had purchased the blinds for our family room and kitchen. The blinds arrived in a timely manner and were what we had expected. The material that they are made of seems to be good quality. I even rec'd a call regarding one of the blinds that we had ordered to let me know it was on back order.”

“We are so happy with our "Deluxe Cordless Top Down Bottom Up Cellular Shade". My husband installed in in our self-remodeled bathroom very easily after I measured. Could not be happier. Followed all easy instructions, ordered on a very user friendly website, and installation was so simple. Very impressed...will definitely go to them when in need of more and will highly recommend to others!”

“I would say the value is there and the installation is quite simple. I do have several complaints, however. First, I think the metal clips that secure the blinds could have been better engineered to be less conspicuous. Second, is a complaint about the sizing of the blinds. Due to the fact that the top-down feature (which I strongly desired) has visible strings, I would have expected that the stock blinds would be shortened from each end, so that the strings are centered on the window. Instead, everything was taken from one side, giving the exposed strings an unbalanced, off-kilter look. Very unprofessional. Even the little old lady at the box store knows to center the shades and remove an equal amount from each side. I suspect that the lack of balance is reflected in the spring tension which causes all my shades to tilt slightly when raised or lowered, requiring manual adjustment. Probably will not return as a customer.”

I do apologize for the shades not being cut properly. If you would provide me with pictures of the shades I will gladly send that to the manufacturer to have them remade. We want you to be happy with your purchase. I will contact you directly to do everything I can to make this right for you.
