“We have had these shades in our living room bay window and our home office area for over five years. Just recently, one of the shades broke. I was unsure as to whether I would be able to find the exact shade and color and, since it was one of three matching shades in our bay window, finding the correct one was important. I was able to find our old order from 5 years ago, contacted Blindster Customer Service and received an email the next day with a link to the correct product on the Blindster website. It worked out perfect.”

“I love these blinds. They're beautiful, so simple to work, and easy to install. It only took about 10 minutes per blind to install them with a power drill, which is absolutely necessary. They arrived on time, in pristine condition. I highly recommend this product.”
