“I'm 50% happy with them. I have 2 black out with a coil spring inside the headrails that works great moving up on a cordless, then I have 2 more blinds that have a string wrapped on a plastic rod with a silver box inside headrails that work pretty good, then I have 4 other with same type with the string that I'm having so much problrms moving up, there is a rep that is helping on this issue, even sent me mor eblock to put on top of silver box but that didn't work and now she want s pics with tape measure to see if my length is correct to my measurement that I gave to order, the length does cover whole window but seems the cella honeycomb is all stretched out, was offered to replaced after I sent pics with tape measurement, I'm just curious if I can get same blinds with the coil spring instead, was informed both come sfrom 2 different factories. othe rthan that the 4 blinds that do work I'm happy with, the other 4 I'm not”

“It's very difficult to order custom blinds on the internet. What if I measure wrong? What if the blinds are poor quality? After looking in stores and at other websites, I decided for the price, I was going to try them. So glad I did. The quality is just as good as the Levolor ones I have, but a fraction of the cost of custom Levolor.”

“We have had some issues with delivery of the shades (FedEx delivered on a weekend during a driving rainstorm, ruining the boxes (and shades) they left laying on the porch in a puddle), and a run of defective materials that let light come through. Know that "blackout" isn't perfect. If the sides of your window are not straight (like mine) there will be light peeking around the edges. If you require complete blackout, choose outside mount.”
