“I have used Blindster multiple times, this time one of my cellular shades had an issue. I contacted Blindster and had a replacement at my front door in 3 days with no questions asked. In this day and age 100% perfect products is not going to happen, when a problem arises then it boils down to customer service. I could not have been more pleased with the customer service I recieved from Blindster.”
