“I tried to do this myself with out calling. Thought I had it all right. I thought I was ordering TD/BU. It came and it was Bottom Up. Called the company and they helped me out no questions asked. Helped me order the correct blind. Told me I could ship the others back at my expense. I ended up keeping them and using them in different windows. Very happy.”
