“We purchased the smaller dimension wood faux blinds for our living room windows (2), which were smaller in dimension to save money because they are mostly in the "up" position. We purchased a white faux wood blind for the bathroom, as I didn't feel it smart to buy real wood where there's moisture. We purchased the real wood for the two bedrooms. Great products and great prices. I did a lot of research and you had the best prices for the same or comparable products, and I had sample swatches to really compare. Again, thanks the customer service folks were very nice, the shipping was quick and easy to install. Keep up the great work and you'll be the leader. You might think about advertising on TV to let people know about you. I did an internet search for "wood blinds" and you popped up. The second time I did the same search you didn't pop up, but I'd saved the information. Thanks again!”

“I ordered my blinds two years ago and initially was very happy. Size was perfect - they looked good and I was pleased with pricing. However a few months later, the first one failed to open/close and I had to manually open each slat. Then #2 began to fail. It got progressively worse until it now won't open/close either. I wrote customer service asking for instructions so I could repair the mechanism - no response. I'm sorry I can no longer recommend Blindster.”
