“I ordered 4 blinds. All were shipped well and arrived in perfect condition. They were fairly easy to install. I took off one star because the mechanism to open/close the blinds seems a bit "stiff". Perhaps using it over time will help it loosen up.”

“We bought the same type of blind in 2018 and we prefer the older model. This newest model has a much stiffer wand and is much harder to pull down. . . but it does the job.”
