“The blind replaced a blind that failed in a room where we have another Blindster blind received August 2024. The color of the new blind matches the old blind but the tilt wand is a darker color. I’ve requested a white wand to replace the darker wand.”

“The blinds are less (quality) than what we expected. The first thing we noticed was that the width was 1 inch narrower than we specified. We even checked that the paperwork said 70 inches. The blinds were cut at 69 inches. Had to redo the hanging hardware. The other thing we noticed is that all the internal hardware is still made out of plastic, which means it will likely break after a few years.”
