“The blinds came quickly, and were just what we wanted. They were priced well, and an issue we had about maximum size was resolved quickly with a few emails. Look, quality, and function are great so far. One disappointment was with the mounting hardware, particularly the quality of the screws. they're too soft, and stripped easily. I had to re-source them with higher quality screws from a hardware store. Other than that, installation went well. Instructions could have been better . . . easier to just figure it out on your own.”

“I really am enjoying my blinds, so far so good. Waiting to see how they do as the summer sun gets here. I had purchased faux wood blinds a few years ago from another provider and the sun was so hot they warped, I was busy taking care of my sick husband and couldn't get them taken down and returned, my fault. Certainly hope by using real wood will make a difference. I like the longer stick to adjust them.”

“So I ordered this (1) blind on 2-4-25. Received on 2-28-25. So it FINALLY ARRIVED and the valance isn’t long enough and the wand doesn’t match!!! So I start chatting with Customer Service and was told to take pictures. To make a long story short. My husband measured wrong so I went on to correct it. Now. I’m being told they will charge me $15 for a new valance. If they would have done their job right the first time we wouldn’t be having this conversation. Very disappointed customer service!!!”
