“They are nice, I just had to yank the strings on them both so they sat even on my window. They were both lopsided when they were hung. I could have potentially broke them if I yanked too hard. Thank goodness they didn't break and are now even.”

“Great product, but the customer service was beyond exceptional! Kim looked over my order to make sure everything was accurate and found a possible error before sending it to production. Sure enough, I had ordered a product that was different than what I wanted. She allowed me to fix it and honored the sale price that had already expired. Great product and great company!”
