I'm disappointed that I was not able to order the same blinds from last time. The premium blinds were a much better quality. These are very cheap. I wish there was a way I could undo my entire order. I will probably never use Blindster again. The blinds were cheap and three of them did not fit. I had to reorder and the process is very draining. I am still waiting for the reorder to arrive.

We are so sorry that you were not pleased with our product. Our premium products are our highest quality product, but there is no doubt that we should be able to deliver on value on deluxe and super value as well. Please let us know if there are any issues with the reorder, we would love to fix the issue.

I'm sleeping a lot better after replacing my metal mini-blinds with these blackout roller shades. The shades do a great job of blocking light so long as they're mounted outside the window frame. My shades are coffee colored, and I chose a standard mount with a metal continuous loop lift. They look terrific and they're easy to lift and lower. I found out the hard way that if you're trying to make a room dark, you shouldn't mount these shades inside the window frame. It's amazing how much light can come in from a 1 inch gap all around the edges! I had to reorder the shades in a larger size so that they could be mounted outside the frame. Blindster refunded all but 10% of the cost of the original shades, which I thought was fair. I had to find an organization that would take the original shades as a donation in order to get the refund, and I found that most charities don't take roller shades (including Goodwill). Habitat for Humanity took them though. My husband had some trouble installing the shades because the hardware that was included for mounting the brackets into drywall was totally inadequate. The original hardware would have been easy to pull right out of the wall, so we replaced it with something that was more heavy duty. Unfortunately we didn't realize that there was a problem until we tried installing with the original hardware, resulting in extra holes in the drywall. I would have rated the quality of the shades "excellent" except for that problem.

The blind was just as advertised, room darkening, down from top, up from bottom and easy to mount. My blind is 71 and a 1/2 in wide. The mounting instructions calls for 4 mounting brackets on a 72 inch blind. Mine being 71 and a half I only got three, I needed four. How I know this is my wife noticed that just a little sliver of light coming in from the top. When I pushed up on the top of the blind the light disappeared .
