“I purchased the blackout roller shades for a very large window. Due to it's size I had to order two shades, each of which were half the width of the window. After a conversation with customer service I placed my order with the understanding that the shades would completely cover my window. Upon install, I found that the shades left an almost 2" gap in the middle, between the shades. With the gap the shades do not "blackout" my room like they are suppose to. Also they were cut approximately 1/8" too long and the plastic insert was not completely installed. I did purchase another set of shades for another room (both single window shades) and they were easy to install and high quality. I don't want to knock a good product I just had a bad experience with my purchase.”

“We ordered two blackout shades which came in good time. For one we measured incorrectly, and for $15 Blindster sent us the new shade. We appreciate the good customer service, free shipping and quality product. Installation was quick and easy, and if we had read the instructions for measuring, we would not have ordered the wrong size in the first place.”
