“Shades do not roll up evenly, the shade slides off the edge of the roller. They are only a few weeks old and the sides are already fraying.”

“I love my roller shades but my only complaint is that they are a little tough to open. An elderly person would have a hard time opening them or would not be able to open at all. Other than that the quality exceeded my expectations. I've been searching for blackout roller shades for quite some time and now I've finally found one that is excellent quality and actually blocks out the light very well.”

“Roller shade was the best option; I was able to get the wide size needed at a price much less than other online and local options. Installation went without a hitch. I do think they could have made the gap on the side opposite the control thinner. While cloth, the vinyl coating makes them appear to be vinyl. This will be better for my kitchen application, but they don't look as good as cloth would.”
