“I compare this with similar blinds from Springs Window Fashions. About the same, except Springs fit closer to the top of the frame for my blinds installed inside the frame. Leaving less gap then the Blindster blinds. Would be nice if Blindster provided, at extra cost of course, some sort of Valance to hide any gap between the upper inside Window frame and the top of the cellular blind. Also be nice to supply the inserts needed to screw into drywall. Pain to have to go out and buy them when you are ready to install. But now I know if I purchase more blinds from Blindster. I like to install these blinds close to the front of the window opening so as to provide a deeper air mass for insulation in this cold area where i live. The instructions only showed installing the brackets at the back of the frame, for inside the frame installation. All in all though, I am happy with the purchase. Would I buy again? Probably. Once I figure out how to make a valance to cover the gap mentioned.”

“I highly recommend this product but also recommend ordering a much wider blind for your window if you have an outside mount. The wide header allows some light in through the side and you would benefit from wider blinds. They look great and seem as if they will last. The room darkening blinds need some coaxing to stay down but I am hoping that this resolves over time - I have only had them up one week.”
