“I ordered Premium Blackout Single Cellular Shades back in early April, 2015. They came about a week later, ready to install. They are beautiful and exactly what we hoped they would be. Recently, however, one of the two blinds stopped drawing down (cordless) so I got onto Live Chat at the Blindster website to ask if we could return for repair. I spoke with Whitney who did me one better: they are going to make a brand new blind and send it to me at no charge! I will never use anyone else for my window treatment needs and will HIGHLY recommend Blindster LLC to all my friends and family.”

“Purchased Premium Blackout Shades. They were as described but gave the bedroom a much darker appearance. WE decided to return them and was pleasantly surprised when Blindster customer service offered to exchange them for light filtering shades at no charge. We were very pleased with our overall experience. Customer service also asked us to give the Blackout shades to charity which we have.”
