“Love the blinds but they don't stay all the way down. My husband said probably they need to be broken in first. Any suggestions?”

I'm sorry you are having a problem with your shades. Yes, sometimes the cordless shades do need to hang for a while so that the fabric can relax (especially with the blackout fabrics). However, there are some other steps you can take: The cordless cellular shades are designed to be self-correcting. To reset your cordless shades: Lower the shade down to its full height. Firmly hold the bottomrail with both hands and pull it towards you (away from the back of the window at an angle). Quickly and firmly pull down (popping) onthe bottomrail 3 or 4 times. Raise and lower the shade, repeat as necessary. These steps should rest the cordless motors in the headrail so that the shade will raise and lower properly. If these steps do not work, please let us know and we will remake or repair the shades as needed.

“The shades are a good for the price. they were easy to install and look good in place. They also help keep the temperature inside the room and light outside, which is the main reason we bought them. The only problem i found is when you need to open the shade completely. the shades often get stuck in the middle if you try to push it all the way up. it is easy to get around it by pulling it down a little bit, then pushing it back up slowly. we are used to it now and dont think it is a big issue, but would prefer if they opened as easy as they close. Overall a good product.”
