“I am very pleased with the blinds and the service I received from Blindster! The blinds arrived within designated time frame, came with clear installation instructions, and they look fabulous! I was not concerned about purchasing the blinds with the amazing guarantee policy they offer. I will definitely purchase from Blindster again!”

“I inadvertently ordered the incorrect size blind for my window width, and even though this mistake was entirely mine, Blindster replaced the three shades as NO charge to me. I can't recall ever being so blown away by a company's customer service as I was in this instance. Great product, great customer service...I look forward to ordering my next set of shades/blinds from Blindester!”

“These blinds are gorgeous, got here fast, and when we had a very small glitch with one of the tabs, we received a replacement within just a couple of days. Fabulous. I will use them for every room in my house.”

“Please let your customer know that you can thru them both in and out. They were the right size, easy to hang and attractive from the inside but we n totally see out and those outside can totally see in. I didn't know that or I would have selected something else or had them lined. Your reps were all great and we were told that we could return them but that is such a hassle we have decided to keep them and bought drapes to go over them and a stained glass film to go over the window that is too short to have drapes. We are planning to buy more blinds from you for the dining room but we are going for the faux wood blinds this time. I just wished that you had let us know that they were so totally see thru.”
