“I purchased cordless pleated shades for my large bay window. They came to me protected and like buying them from a store. Easy to install if you follow the simple directions. Most importantly, they fit, hang, and look great. I strongly recommend.”

“After purchasing several blinds from Blindster, I hit one snag with one shade. A 9 foot shade with only 2 of the recommended 6 or 7 brackets to hang it. First email got me two more brackets, not the four I requested. Second email brought another apology and a promise to send two more brackets right away. THe bottom line is that it will wind up taking two weeks extra just to get the number of brackets to hold the blind up. However, the price is better than the "Other" folks selling online, and they appear to use the same supplier, since the product is identical, and so is the packaging. Would I recommend Blindster? I suppose so, if price is the primary choice point driving the purchase. If price is less important than getting everything on schedule...maybe not.”

I'm sorry you had so many problems with your order. It is not normal for parts to be missing out of an order. And it certainly is unacceptable that you did not get what you needed from us immediately. I will make sure both the factory and the customer service agents are aware of your issues. “We have waited for a few years to look again for blinds. We had looked at the local box stores and it was a process and expensive to get a custom blind. I had heard about Blindster.com through a family friend who highly recommend them and raved about the customer service. We got the blinds quickly and installed it easily and love it! Will be getting any future blinds without question from Blindster.com.”

“We have an old house with remnants of old hardware still in our windows. These shades are great, as I was just able to make them a little shorter to accommodate the old hardware, and it works and looks beautiful!”
