“I got these pleated shades (for my bedroom) with the blackout version for which there was a significant up charge. While they look nice, the holes that provide the channel for the pull-string are big enough to let in much light (if you're sensitive to that) and also light gets in on the side between the frame and the edge of the shade, but I guess there's no getting around that. One shade was a tad longer than the other, and one shade doesn't come down smoothly. I have to coax it down. The blackout backing does the job it's supposed to, but again, if you're wanting zero light coming in, plan on adding curtains to completely block out the light. Also, was expecting a thicker fabric on the shade itself, but I'm comparing to a higher quality pleated shade I have in my living room. I don't like to leave critical remarks but this is honest. They do look crisp and color (light gray) is perfect.”

“I am so glad that I found these blinds. What a value for such lovely blinds. The operation is smooth as glass. My only problem was that the window I measured was out of square so the blind didn't fit well at the bottom of the window. Also my window has a round top and I didn't realize that the blinds were top mount. Fortunately for me my window had a wooden half moon shutter to cover the top portion,so I was able to attach the blind to the bottom of that piece. Other than my errors, I love this blind and plan to order more.”

“Product has turned out to be great, as promised. Service not so much was told 4-5 day delivery when ordering after waiting almost 3 weeks called to find out what was happening with my order. Had to get a call back after they checked and was told it had just shipped from Taiwan would be here in another week. Just wish they had been more upfront about delivery and communications.”

I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding about the delivery date. We list the estimated production times on our website. And for the Cordless Pleated shade the production time is 4 to 5 business days. However, those times do not include shipping times which can vary greatly depending on the location of the factory and the delivery address, usually taking 1 to 5 business days. You placed this order on 5/26 at 11:01 AM. It was sent to the factory on 5/27 and shipped on 6/3. This was 1 day late in shipping because 4 business days would have had it shipping on 6/2. The order was delivered to you on 6/10, 2 weeks after placing your order. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
