“The blinds themselves are very nice. They block the sun but also allow us to see through our mountain view. There was a problem with the pulling mechanism and they immediately sent us a replacement. Their customer service department was very helpful in placing the order, I helping with installation and sending the replacement part”

“Ok the blinds seem to be well made however after hours of installing them I have some fedback for you. The screws to hang the brackets are terrible. Every drill bit or screwdriver I used fell off the screws because the track on the screws for the screwdriver is not deep enough. It added hours to the installation. The end caps ( black ) for both sides of the blinds are cheap and the part that goes into the ends broke off on about 30% of the blinds. The actual blinds are nice but if the blinds are not hung perfectly there is a ripple in the blind itself that is very difficult to straighten out and needs a lot of time to adjust. These are little things that you can improve on and make the install process much better. Thx”

“I installed two shades on my porch, on the inside part of the frame to protect the front of the porch from the scorching heat of the afternoon summer. I hope it works! Will say more when the heat gets here! It was very easy to install though and it seems to work very well.”
