“Installation was easy and straightforward, my measurements seemed to work great based on their guide video. My only complaint is the string that loops around and pulls the blinds up and down. This string has a small "connection" bump where the two ends of the string were fused together, and when I pull the cable this little bump gets stuck in the wall mounted roller. I fear this will create extra wear and tear and the string will break soon - hopefully a repair isn't too crazy. Otherwise very happy with the product.”

“Very happy with my order Fernando's help and another associate helped with mounting brackets on the motorized blind. I do wish that the motor on the motorized blind could be ordered the left side. Reason is it place's the charging port at the highest point when mounted on the left side going down a stairwell.”
