“I ordered a pair of shades for our front window to provide privacy from the street. I used their measuring instructions and they fit perfect. Fairly easy to install, took about 5/10 min for each shade. They look great! They still let a little light in during the day and provide the privacy at night. I would buy again!”

“We have these blinds on 6 windows in our house and have been very satisfied with them. The cordless top down bottom up can be finicky at times, but it obviously didn't keep us from buying these blinds again and again. This time we actually bought the deluxe blinds first (on accident)and were very unhappy with the quality of them compared to the other blinds we bought in the past. The customer service was FANTASTIC. These blinds now hang in our new baby girl's room and look amazing.”

“The cordless top down bottom up on these blinds didn't function properly. Very jerky and we couldn't pull them all the way down without the top coming down. We have the Premium Light Filtering Double Cellular Shades on 5 other windows in our home and these blinds were terrible quality in comparison. Happy to say customer service was FANTASTIC in helping us remedy these issues and we are now very happy with the replacement.”

“DIYers make mistakes. Good product engineering accommodates these mistakes. Super service forgives them. Blindster has both of these qualities. Examples: The short and deep mounts that let the blinds work in different window structures, screw holes that let one drilled hole be "off" yet the shade still hung straight. I made those little errors that the design accommodated. I even mis-measured one shade (failed to check the top of the window), so the shade is too tight to close at the top. Blindster will replace it at no cost to me. Love this company. Bought 15 thermal shades so far; buying 9 more.”
