“Bought four motarized shades. 2 worked flawlessly after following install instructions. Two did not. Worked with company to troubleshoot. Eventually they were replaced. Replacement shades worked great and were successfully installed per the instructions. All look great, appear to be high quality and function as advertised. The original on-line purchasing process was easy and efficient. I would use this company again if I needed more shades.”

“We redid 5 windows & 2 doors. Quality was good although tricky fit on doors. Nothing noted about when ridge along frame of window in door. No instructions included so we went to website. Looks great and insulates well.”
