“Love the shade. What I'm not happy with is it states in the description that the top cartridge and bottom trim will match the color shade. It does not. It's white. Ordered for a now window with three shades. The two narrow ones only came with the pull chain. So that's what I ordered. In grey. They had grey top cartridge and bottom trim. So it does not match. Called and they said they changed them in July to have matching trim and cartridge. They shipped out a new center shade was supposed to have grey top and bottom. It arrived in about 10 days and was exactly the same with a white top and bottom with the grey shade. So now I have different ones in the same bow window. Not really happy but I guess there's nothing else to do at this point!!!”

“I have had these up and running for a couple of weeks now. I did have a blind that was sent defective but it was quickly ratified and I could not be happier. I was skeptical at the onset due to the price being so low compared to others, I got them on sale, however I am pleased with the product so far. We got the total dark zebra motorized shades, it says "deluxe light filtering zebra dual shades", I got the dark brown coffee color, and it does block out from the outside and is darkening but has a nice shade effect when open, 3 blinds total for one room, all side by side, one remote. The stripes are large which is good for our window sizes, 58"X58" 3 set up side by side. For smaller rooms or windows I may not go with such a large stripe or a total darkening shade, You get a good idea of the stripe size if you watch the video in their website about the zebra shades, for smaller spaces I would go with a smaller stripe or lighter filtering option instead but for our purposes it works great. With the new roof and these blinds I am keeping our family room at least 5-6 degrees cooler in the summer so far. It took me quite a bit to figure out the remote, I made two separate orders so the blinds were not all programmed at the factory according to our plans, and I did not keep them order, my bad, I had to recode them myself, I had to use both sets of instructions to make sense of it, what was going on and how to do it, but in the end I got it. Use the beige and white paper remote instructions together for best results. Once I got all that dialed in though I would highly recommend the remote option, pony up, it is worth it depending on your room layout. After putting them up they naturally are all even with the striping showing in line so it is pretty cool, IMO. Pretty easy to install, inside mount for ours, I used a screwdriver on the first two then realized I could use a socket, highly recommend using the socket for inside mount especially, it is a big difference. The only downfall I have noticed is the brackets are visible on the outside, and since these windows are in the front and you see them when you walk up to the house, I have to put a valance of some kind on the back side to hide the brackets that hang down to hold the system/blind, or paint them ahead of time, but I am not taking them down again so I will figure that part out. So if your windows are visible to people, consider the appearance of the brackets BEFORE you hang up the unit, for inside mount anyway. The fabric cover is great on the outside (inside the house valance part) and is the same fabric as the blinds. I could not be happier with the color.”

“These blinds look great once they are installed, but were not the easiest to get installed. They fell apart on me multiple times as I was trying to install them. The screws provided are flat-head screws, which are impossible to install on the ceiling or to tighten all the way. Installation was not fun, and the quality matched the cheaper price.”
