The Shade gets off track. It seems like it will tear eventually. I do not know what to do to keep it on track

I head rail is all scratched up looks like it was used and returned and then sent to me

Arrived undamaged. Quality shipping container. Easy instructions. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would purchase again. Am currently looking at other window treatments for other areas of my home

I have done most of the house in these Zebra shades and when we finished our basement, I decided to use the Zebra shades again. I love the look and they are so easy to install!

The top is not bright white as I ordered so it doesn't match the blind and looks like an old window treatment. I also hate the beaded cord as it squeaks, even two months after install. I tri d calling the 800 number to talk with customer service but it's a number no longer in service. It's impossible to teach the company. Thank goodness I had a 50% off coupon.
