Installation went well. Not too difficult, & no requirement of obscure tools. The Shades are very pretty. The quality is very good, especially for the price. You could purchase more expensive versions from other retailers, but I don't think it's worth it. These Zebra Shades do the job, & they look great. They have a unique look in their design. It's not just a copycat version of the expensive brands. I ordered one shade first before ordering the other 3 shades. The hardware on the first version had a cream colored wall attachment, & the others came with clear attachments. I called customer service, & they swiftly sent out a replacement. It was fairly easy to replace, so now all the wall attachments are the same.

We were extremely pleased with the customer service during the entire process and are very happy with the look and function of our zebra shades. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that one of the shades arrived with two small dirty spots - most likely fingerprints that did not come off when I tried wiping with a damp cloth. I am a but disappointed but didn't notice until they were completely installed. Since they are toward the bottom, I decided to keep rather than return and start over. Other than that, I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Love my shades; they do not filter out as much light as I needed but are really beautiful I was worried about the color of the header however is is white enough to look fine against white walls. Wonderful Co. to do business with; very helpful and nice.

Found the shades to be poor quality and when putting them up I already noticed the sides where shedding!!

The blinds arrived as ordered and were just what we expected. There was an important installation piece missing but Customer Service Rep, Sandra, immediately had it overnighted to us. My Husband easily installed them....(he is a good handyman). The total cost was $2100 to $2800 less the "Pros" wanted, and the blinds seem to be exactly the same.

my shipment never arrived. Someone is working on it - but don't know when I will receive my blind.

I'm sorry you have had to wait so long. Your first shipment was lost. Unfortunately, FedEx requires that we let them try to find the package before they will agree that the delivery is a lost shipment. Your remake order shipped on 9/8 and is estimated to delivery on 9/13. I apologize for the delay. Thank you for your patience.
