“The service was great from the 1st call i made in December with my blind that was crooked. We left for 3 months and when i returned i responded to the email and they did ask for pictures again but that is ok. Once they received the pictures they sent a new blind with my request to change the vinyl chain to a metal chain. The vinyl chain didn't hang as flat and straight as i would have liked it to. We have installed the new blind and it is perfect. Kudo's to the two customer service reps: Lola Ghonda and Patricia I ordered the: Deluxe Light Filtering Solar Shades at 10% openness. it was perfect. the blind will never be opened but i wanted to be able to see outside and didn't want a complete closed blind. Thank you again for your timeliness is resolving this issue..”

“We purchased a remote solar shade at 5% openness and it works fabulous... I had to get help from customer support to set up the remote to do my shades correctly. I spent 30 min trying to figure it out then called customer service and he had it working within 5 min... i should have called sooner. The shade is above our whirlpool and it looks and works great. the battery life is months... we open and shut the remote blind everyday, Love this blind - Deluxe Light Filtering Solar Shades Customer service once again gets 5 starts they are the BEST I would recommend This shade and shopping with Blindster is always a pleasure Thank you!”

“These blinds are the perfect solution for my problem. I have a westerly exposure and there are French doors. The summer sun is so strong that even with energy efficient glass there is so much heat. These solar blinds cut down the heat and you can still see the view. I chose the chocolate brown, and it is like putting sunglasses on your windows. I love them.”

“My wife wanted solar shades for our family room, so we started looking in the local big box stores. It seemed the prices offered for what we wanted were way too expensive. Next, I moved online to some of the bigger online sellers that brag 40%+ off on everything, so I tried building our blinds online. Well, after meandering thru several pages and adding what we wanted on the blinds (sifting thru che cheaper versions), we found that even with the additional discounts, the amount turned out to be as much as the big box stores. I accidentally came across this site, found the prices to be good, and gave it a shot. When the blinds arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful set of roles in aluminum casing with a matching valance. They were simply stunning. Hanging the blinds was super easy to do and the adjustments almost flawless. Only time will tell whether these hold up but, my first impression is really positive.”
