“Blindster was very easy to work with after discovering that the initial measurements were botched. The installation instructions that were provided for the solar shades were incorrect and didn't match the hardware that was provided. Luckily, they were about the same as for the faux wood blinds I'd also ordered and I was able to successfully mount them. The look nice and function as expected.”

“Overall I am impressed with the quality and blown away by the customer service. I didn't measure accurately for my 61x108 window... I sent one email and Blindster immediately responded and confirmed that they would remake the roller shade. The support and communication have exceeded my expectations.”
